Tragedy in Haiti

To Members of the MCNY Community:

On behalf of Metropolitan College I want to express our heartfelt condolences and support to members of the community who have personal ties to Haiti and the people of Haiti. As the breadth of the catastrophe comes into focus, it is clear that Haiti confronts injury, loss of life, and destruction of shelter and livelihood on an unimaginable scale. The College, working with established relief agencies, will support efforts to minimize loss of life, reduce suffering and help the people of Haiti rebuild. We are working now on measures that we can sponsor through the College. In the meantime, I urge everyone to reach out and contribute as you can to the relief efforts underway.
