Course Offerings
The curriculum encompasses a broad range of academic studies, including philosophy, history, psychology, economics, political science, sociology, management, and communications. Our comprehensive learning model incorporates a mentored workplace experience each semester.

Meet the Faculty
Here are some of the full-time and adjunct professors (who are all practitioners in their fields). Ours is a highly committed group who not only impart knowledge, but encourage and nurture students to excel.

A Message from the Dean
Meet Dean Ruth Lugo. She sets the course for MCNY's Professional Studies in Human Services degree program and works with the faculty and administration to deliver an exceptional learning experience to every student.

Constructive Action
The Constructive Action is the heart of MCNY's Purpose-Centered Education. Each semester students produce a Constructive Action (CA) paper that not only demonstrates mastery of the semester's Purpose, but also seeks to improve or address a specific situation at the work or internship site.

Learning Enhancement Center
This federal funded Center offers comprehensive academic support, in the form of one-on-one and online tutoring, to help MCNY students develop their writing, math and other skills.

Undergraduate Assessment pdf
MCNY has a long history of assessing student performance in its unique educational model. Assessment results are used individually by students for professional and personal development, and collectively by the College to improve teaching and learning.
