The instructor will teach students to
- explain the difference between private and public sector ethics;
- define the professional, organizational, and societal obligations of public administrators and resolve the ethical dilemmas that arise within and between these levels of obligation;
- articulate the challenges and ambiguities administrators face in acting in the public interest;
- identify the ethical issues in planning and implementing organizational change.
PhD preferred, master’s degree minimum, in related subject. Experience teaching adult students in an urban, multicultural, setting. Professional experience related to subject matter.
