MCNY seeks a creative seeks a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and customer service skills to assist the Registrar. This position reports to the Registrar and will work at the Manhattan campus. The Assistant will maintain student information; process course registration; audit transcripts and process graduation applications; process transcript and enrollment verification; prepare no show reports and maintain student enrollment status; and assist with commencement. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree; higher education experience, preferably in Registrar; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power Campus or similar; excellent customer service skills; and FERPA knowledge. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
