Solomon Appel is a graduate of the New York University Stern School of Business Administration, with a joint major in Accounting and Computer Applications and Information Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Yeshiva University.Over his nearly four decades in higher education, he's worked at prestigious institutions including Metropolitan College of New York School for Business, NYC College of Technology, Kingsborough Community College, Baruch College, Department of Statistics and Computer Information Sciences and Brooklyn College, Department of Business Management. Scholarship, research and publication are an important facet of his academic life and he has co-authored and published numerous scholarly articles, particularly in the field of Accounting.
