Who is Larry?
Larry Scott Blackmon is the CEO of The Blackmon Organization, a government relations consulting firm. He also serves as chair of the board of the BBB Serving Metropolitan New York, as president of the New York Association of Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha and on the board of 100 Black Men of New York.
