TT TORREZ PRESENTS THE RETURN OF THE #GOGETHER MUSIC & MULTIMEDIA LEADERSHIP SUMMIT, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BRONX BOROUGH PRESIDENT VANESSA L. GIBSON

Bronx, NY — November 15, 2025 — Multimedia personality, executive, and cultural changemaker TT Torrez proudly announces the return of the #GoGetHer Music & Multimedia Leadership Summit, an immersive, one-day experience designed to uplift and empower the next generation of women in music, media, and leadership.

Held at Metropolitan College of New York’s Bronx Campus on Saturday, November 15th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the event is completely free and open to high school girls, college students, and young adult women who register through Eventbrite.

Theme: “I’M HER: Unlocking the Leader in You!”
This year’s theme is a bold affirmation of purpose, identity, and confidence. With a focus on young women from underrepresented communities, the summit will feature curated breakout sessions, interactive panels, and healing-centered workshops that foster emotional intelligence, vision-building, and authentic leadership.

“I created this summit because I know what it is like to dream without access. Returning to Metropolitan College of New York—my alma mater, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA while juggling motherhood, work, and life—reminds me that discipline, vision, and community can shape our futures,” says TT Torrez. “This summit is about unlocking the leader within. Whether you are stepping into your purpose or still discovering it, you’re HER.”

Powerful Community Partnerships

The summit is presented in proud partnership with Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson, whose office shares a mission of equity, representation, and youth empowerment, and Metropolitan College of New York, whose unique Purpose-Centered Education model helps students learn by blending theory and real-world practice through the lens of social justice.

“The Bronx is home to some of the most driven and creative young women in the world,” says Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson. “This summit provides them with the insight, inspiration, and representation they deserve. I am proud to support an event that reminds our girls and young women that their voice matters, their leadership matters, and their story matters.”

Dr. Charles J. Gibbs, President of Metropolitan College of New York, adds, “We are excited to host the event at our Bronx campus and to welcome TT Torrez, BBA’21, back. Her vision aligns with MCNY’s mission of Purpose-Centered Education. The #GoGetHer Summit is a platform for young women to step into leadership while learning how to turn their purpose into real-world impact.”
