New York State’s Enough is Enough Law ensures that college students have the right to a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment free from discrimination and violence. The Enough is Enough law was signed in July 2015 and addresses sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking on college campuses. The law requires all New York colleges and universities to implement uniform prevention and response policies and procedures related to sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking.
