MCNY International Scholarships
Applicants must complete all MCNY application requirements, meet GPA requirements and must be enrolled for full-time study for scholarship consideration.
- MCNY Associate’s Scholarship: $4,000 USD over the first four consecutive semesters of full-time study ($1,000 per semester)
- MCNY Bachelor’s Scholarship: $8,000 USD over the first eight consecutive semesters of full-time study ($1,000 per semester)
- MCNY Graduate Scholarship: $4,500 USD over the first three consecutive semesters of full-time study ($1,500 per semester) – MBA, MSED and MPA in Emergency and Disaster Management programs
- MCNY Graduate Scholarship: $6,000 USD over the first four consecutive semesters of full-time study ($1,500 per semester) – MPA in Public Affairs and Administration program only

MCNY International Tuition Payment Plan

Summer Semester (May through August)
- 40% before the first day of semester classes – May
- 30% by the 2nd month of semester classes – June
- 30% by the 3rd month of semester classes – July
Fall Semester (September through December)
- 40% before the first day of semester classes – September
- 30% by the 2nd month of semester classes – October
- 30% by the 3rd month of semester classes – November
Spring Semester (January through April)
- 40% before the first day of semester classes – January
- 30% by the 2nd month of semester classes – February
- 30% by the 3rd month of semester classes – March
